A carved wooden panel at Kenilworth Castle These two were taken in Bristol [SS Great Britain]
Can you guess what this is?It’s part of a ceiling in Freya’s Cabin, Kielder Water, Northumberland
This is what the cabin looks like from the front, Robin’s Cabin is across the water.
For the last few colour challenges I’ve been posting images of books I have made. I don’t have a brown one as such but I do have one that has brown covers and brown paper pages.
The various weaves and ways of wood are so diverse. And cool. Like your book, too. 🙂
I was going to tell you that the first photo with the carving was my favorite until I saw the cabin. That cabin is awesome!! Great photos for Brown 🙂
Wow. These are so gret. The ceiling and the cabin are especially beautiful. And I love that you’ve been including books that you’ve made. So creative. 🙂
Thank you for your comments Jennifer, Wandering Iris and Meredith. I see the cabin is popular. When I first saw the cabin in the distance it looked like an old shed, I’m glad I made the effort to see it close up, well worth it.
