That is an unusual sculpture in several ways. First, I’ve never seen one that was entirely composed of words or letters. Secondly, being metal, it is a cylinder which means it had to be bent probably after the letters were carved out. Third, it looks like it is in the middle of a park or field, not in a city. I’ve seen words and letters in flat sculptures but not on a cylinder. It is in a town park.
