One Word Photo Challenge – Saffron

Both of these were taken in Funchal, Madeira. The picture below shows a painted door.

I really love these. The look out tower in the first image reminds me of the fort here in st augustine. I wonder what the fort would look like painted? In any case. Beautiful shots. Thank you for sharing.
