For the One Word Sunday challenge at Travel with Intent
In 2008 we visited the Giant Forest of Sequoia National Park in the U.S. state of California.
There we saw lots of large trees including General Sherman, the largest tree in the world [275ft] and General Grant the next largest [267ft]





When I see people near the tree. I realize see how tall it is.
I thought that would be a good photo to show the perspective.
I love those trees! You were very close to where I was for today’s challenge in Yosemite. I would have liked to have gone to see the sequoias but we didn’t have time.

We were a group of 8 doing a tour from San Francisco to Las Vegas staying at various places along the way. Yosemite was my favourite.
Sounds like fun.
Yes we had a great time.
